Did a night shift until 2.30 so didn't get to bed until after 3. Woke at 7.30 and felt okay(ish). Easy run on tracks ahead of the event and an easier jog afters.

SUFFOC event on Kings NE: forest was pretty nettley and not that great for running through which meant lots of track/path running - no good for me these days! Definitely felt it from about 30 mins onwards and both tendons and hamstring were straining by the end so pace affected.
