Lazy day... Although to be fair, night shift was extended due to a call so I didn't get to bed until 4am. Felt pretty tired generally. Did work using massage ball in the evening.

Had a nap and then tried a jog but leg/butt was sore and stiff from yesterday. Need to watch this.

A very sweaty (although non-too-painful) jog around Brum city centre and back to the hotel.

Risked the heat of the gym and did the session... warm up.

VO2 intervals: 5 x 4 mins (2 mins). Found it tough but got into it eventually (albeit v v hot).
