Took bike down to parents and did the Harlow CT loop and then Dad's '10-mile'. CTs need serious investment as they are puncture hazards - however, offered shade. The other loop was better for pace, although more exposed and the tarmac was melting! Seriously hot (31C in shade).

Took bike to school so could ride home after the TeachMeet. Lovely warm weather, although there was a strong breeze for much of the ride. Felt pretty decent actually and time not too bad either.

After weights and felt pretty tired today - struggling and was therefore slower too.

A very tentative jog to Tesco and back - felt okay although top of hammy/buttock was very tight and felt worse as I ran; however, no specific pain.
