On the XT - before and after the session...
Fitness training intervals 35:00 [4] 3.75 km (9:20 / km)
6 x 5mins with 1 min recovery on the XT (started at L17 but reduced to L16 as a precaution - maintained rpm around 70). Bravely tackled this session and there was no pain in the buttock/hamstring...in fact it even seemed to loosen things off. Only pain was in left calf and I did think about reducing to 5, but pushed on. Lungs needed it!
