Warm up on the XT - nice to be back in the gym.

Circuit of the gym (usual reps each about a min in duration)...

After weights - busy so went into middle lanes which was also crowded. Felt reasonable although neck got a little strained again.

Slowest ride doing the Newmarket Hills but as I'd done a night shift (11pm-2am), had no breakfast and not ridden the Defy for ages, it's probably to be expected. There was a breeze from the NW which didn't help either. Having said all that, a lovely jaunt and much needed.

Been a relaxing week - a few easy ambles in forest and beach and a sea swim (bracing!) today at sister's wedding. Buttock is still tight and sore... physio-suggested stuff isn't having the effect hoped for. Perhaps need to do more?
