Went onto BodyTrax and confirmed what everyone has said - I've lost weight. Now down to 11st 1lb which is the lowest in years and years... been a combination of (i) anxiety in July and into early August (ii) training (iii) teetotal for 6 weeks now (iv) bread only once a day and a max of two slices. The only downside is that I've also lost about 2% muscle mass so will need to focus on building this up alongside the weight reduction. Should get below 11st in the months ahead.
