11 AM

Running 1:25:40 [3] 17.7 km (4:50 / km) +100m 4:42 / km
shoes: Asics GT1000

Wooditton loop - except back via the cycle track and Studlands. Felt relaxed and used the grass verge from the station to top of Duchess which helps.

Saturday Jul 9, 2016 #

8 AM

Off-road running warm up/down 35:41 [3] 7.0 km (5:06 / km)
shoes: Asics Sonoma

A decent 5K before the PR and 2K afterwards. Felt okay.
9 AM

Off-road running tempo 18:56 [4] 5.0 km (3:47 / km)
shoes: Asics Sonoma

Milton PR as a hard tempo run and managed to maintain pretty good splits: 3.46, 3.40, 3.50, 3.46, 3.54. Not sure about last K - perhaps traffic and easing off? Anyway, was a good sustained effort and just what needed.

Straight from IVC to Gazeley (missed A11 to get to Moulton); did the loop from there. Humid but lovely and felt reasonable.

6 AM

Off-road running 43:15 [3] 9.0 km (4:48 / km)
