Thought I'd give it a go.. to Newmarket and back. Sadly foot got sore after 3K so it's likely to be a stress fracture. Will give it 4-6 weeks off running/O-ing and get on bike, swim & gym to keep fitness/sanity going. Hopefully back for Midlands on 28 Feb.

And back at lunchtime for another spin - although had to wait as kids we hogging the bikes. Superb!
