Glands returning to normal but still feeling tired (late night didn't help that!). Had a good pm nap and felt more refreshed afters. Hopefully run again tomorrow.

Alarm at 5 and out by 5.40. Felt pretty pooped by ran relaxed. A bit blowy.

Over to the Rec for a couple of laps and then back for laps of th fields with the Running Club. Felt a bit wrecked, but a decent recovery run.
