Ran with Doe over to CH and back again... Calves straining by th end.

Kenyan Hills at a steady threshold pace to avoid straining my calves - they certainly felt tight by the end. Gonna have to watch this in the run-up to BOC.
After 12.5 hrs in the saddle (to Eastleigh and back via Epsom), needed this except calf was sore from yesterday - same injury as 2011 and not feeling/looking good :-(
Over to EH via the river then around the rest of the loop, another full loop and finally a loop from Henley Way and back via town and the Gallery. Felt pretty relaxed but calves were tightening in the last mile.
