Braunstone Parkrun - 11th and fairly pleased considering late night (1am) and Day 1 of Download. Went off steady-hard and sought to push/maintain on second lap. Very windy but a decent course.

Better night's sleep and woke from deep sleep on alarm. Train to Waterbeach and then decent trot over to IVC. Felt tired though.

Awful night's sleep and was up by 4.30 to work on essay reading. Ran easy and felt a bit 'jet-lagged' but good to get out.

How is it I manage to sleep better the morning I need to be up early for and wake early when not? Anyway had a nice trot out around fields and then 2.5 full loops of the College with the Running Club.
