Through Kings and down to station to get ticket, along river and up to town. Back via cathedral to home to change shoes....

In O shoes and did laps of Kings XC course and Cherry Hill incl motte, pushing hills, ending with lap of XC course in 4.40 at hard pace. Tendons seemed ok, but a little tight.

Was a lovely session on my 'new' loop (th Chase - St Johns): got through 3 x c1200m at LT pace - 4.31, 4.32, 4.31 (60 secs rec) and was 40 secs into no4 of 6 when felt tendons go. Came to a halt and jogged easy to avoid major damage. Bloody annoying - again.

First rest day of the month... Woke early as girls on road to St Andrews n then never felt like training. Probably needed it and legs were heavy after Thurs's time on them.

A fine day of walking: to Ely station, to Doubletree, to Gower St & back, back to Kings X and finally home from Ely... All at a good pace and lovely in the cold, all wrapped up.

Various mini courses around Burrells Field which was a mix of gardens/woods and university halls. Good stuff, esp in dark.

A decent tempo trot and something a little faster in effort than Marathon pace... Treadmill running such hard work! Got a real sweat going and felt reasonable.

Early evening jaunt with Dylan around Kings and the golf course in thick snow. Good resistance work and enjoyed it. Hd been a long day - in school for 6.45 even though closed due to snow.
