Beresford Loop with Dylan and then up to the Cathedral and back via Kings. Felt laboured but no prob with calf.

Decided to log this as a good activity with calf sore today... to station; tube to ground and back; jog up from station at end of day due to heavy rain n thunderstorm.

With Dylan around the Beresford loop (19.30) and then around the golf course for an easy stroll afterwards. Calf ok but legs were playing up courtesy of the midge bites from last nite! Grrr....

Easy runnin on the grass at Ahton before Dylan's race. Calf generally ok.

Decided to take legs out for trot. Got to 9 mins n felt ok then calf started to seize up. Stopped, walked and stretched it n managed to get back with no further mishaps. Gonna have to watch it.
