Steady run n felt sleepy tired... Even had a nice sit down on bench at one point. A bit wet out.

Around the 2007 City race in reverse. Pleased to be just 3 mins slower taking it much steadier, though ran comfortably hard. No errors just a few hesitations choosing the right path or turning. Very wet.

In spite of early hour, ran well n felt a little chirpier than on Sunday. Glands also seem to have reduced overnight. O & B to Cathedral View.

Felt pretty pooped all day with glands up again; looking at the results I was 3.5 mins up at control 10 and then injury and fatigue clearly took their toll and ended up only 30 secs in front by the end.
