Felt okish on the warm up, in spite of nap in car on way down, n managed to jog back - just!

Orienteering race 51:34 [4] 7.1 km (7:16 / km)
shoes: Integrator 4

Blue course at Hatfield Forest. Had decided to run down from Brown due to faitigue and glands like ping-pong balls. Started well but soon felt really tired n unable to run with any degree of strength; O-ing was fine apart from losing 1 min to 11 when branch stabbed eye n had to stop and wait to be able to open it again and then a stupid 2 mins at 13 running like a headless chicken in the light green for a pond - didnt have attack point and was too careless. Over the second half, felt increasingly fatigued and ploddy. Just not sure what's going on - work? illness? age? all three?

Perky run to Cathedral View and back. Felt good and relaxed this am, hence the pace.

Caught 6.47 to Cambridge - felt pretty decent n perky today. Ankle seemed much improved after a day's rest.
