Early departure and had a decent run back via station. Felt leg heavy and sore from yesterday.

At a decent pace around Girton College before n after the event.

Orienteering race 36:03 [4] 5.0 km (7:13 / km)

WAOC event at Girton College - simple enough area made challenging by doing it as a 'Norwegian' map memory - with a couple of the controls requiring you to memorise 2 legs. With the buildings and other obstacles, the distance was much furhter than 5K - possibly close to 7K. Ran hard on each of the legs and felt ok.

Decent run with Dylan - felt leg sore from yesterday, but ran at good pace throughout - 6M loop to Downham Rd (13.15 for 2M) and back via town n cathedral. Windy.

Along to GBW and then some strides; very easy back to College afterwards

shoes: Brooks ST 5 Racers

High intensity intervals (Sprint O specific)... 15 x 45 secs with 15 secs recovery. Ouch!
