Warm up n down at Huntingdon event...

Orienteering race 42:17 [5] 7.2 km (5:52 / km)
shoes: Brooks ST 5 Racers

WAOC Urban race at Huntingdon... missed road turning up to 4 (20 secs), mis-read control description for 7 and ended up on wrong side of locked gate (1.00) and slower route to 20 (15 secs?). Apart from that was clean and O-ing steady but i didnt feel super fit and able to maintain early pace - need that block of consistent training. Times would suggest I was just too slow.

Am putting this in as powerwallked throughout the day - mile to station, 2 miles from Kings X to Piccadilly, 2 miles back from station via river and town. Lovely stuff n felt really good at end of day.

Another recovery run - have felt a little under the weather since Sunday. Struggled this morning with fatigue and sore-ish legs.
