Probably even-stevens in terms of on/off road - felt heavy n tired at first but soon got into stride n really enjoyed being out n about again. Cold out - 0c at first.

First day of hols and as per usual was awake early so got up n out for a gentle trot around town... mostly on roads n tendons felt a little tight by the end.

Did 5 mins jog, 6 mins spinning, 40 x leg press, 20 x leg extensions, 10 mins on cross and 5 min on ascender. Sweaty n tough!

Easy jog down on grass of fields... no problem with tendons.
