Another very good long run - 2 laps of the 6M and one of the River... felt a bit delicate first thing (le vin!), but recovered as I got going. Took a bottle at end of first lap (41.28) and increased the tempo to 'Marathon' pace for the second 6M (37.15) and then easy for the River (23.03). The 6M is possibly short by 400m or so, but it will be good to use for the duration to monitor progress etc. Just as well I got out early - it was clear n crisp first thing (11c) though the thermo climbed steadily.
