Off-road running warm up/down 29:00 [2] 3.75 mi (7:44 / mi)

Down to n around BF n then bac afterwards... sweaty out in sun (but only 17c officially).

Off-road running intervals 34:00 [5] 5.25 mi (6:29 / mi)

Warmed up with Dylan on his session - 4 x 40 secs at 800m pace (with c. 200m jog); then out on my own on BF: 4 x BF Mile (90 secs rec) with shorter first recovery (65 secs): 5.23, 5.30, 5.25, 5.18. Felt reasonably ok, esp considering first session like this in ages.

Awake early so got up n out around town... felt perky but legs began to stiffen and stomach hurt after a while. Good run out.

A bit tired from the late night/gig but felt reasonable once out n ran down to BF for a few laps - knocking them out in just over 7mins.

Battered n v tired, plus teaching all day.... however, i would probably count the pogo-ing at the Big Country gig as a session - certainly sweaty enough!
