Met with a couple of lads from ER n did the Fish n Duck with some added bits around Pocket Park n the Common. Felt tired but pleased to have done this.

Round the LT loop (river first) with Dylan.... enjoyed it n he was running well (55.30) and then i finished with BF loop at a good pace (6.20 for the mile). Pleasing, even if a little tired.
