Had to change pj's during the night with sweats and woke feeling rotten. Spent rest of day watching Euro Cross and wondering 'What if?'.

Woke in the night (1.45) and couldnt get back due to throat and sinuses - went down and was up til 4.15 - at least enjoyed a couple of hot-toddies watching 'Prick Up Your Ears'.

Spent rest of day reading papers on sofa watching Emmerdale (!), sport, Strictly (!?!) and the Poop.

Late to bed after our music concert (rocking!) and then woke early so got out for a road run around town. Throat not good and felt very tired n drained.

Steady run on a mix of terrain including the Brooklands Ave footpath and Lammas Field. Woke with a sore throat and didnt feel good at all.

Morning run to College. Hamstring had felt tight yesterday and this continued. Awake early (4.30).

Decent evening run back home. Hamstring was well and truly tight - even stopped half-way to apply some Deep Heat which sorta worked.

Steady paced evening run - from the flat. Legs were a little sore and hamstring needed quite a bit of stretching from yesterday's session. Overall, didnt feel too bad.
