Actually did it as a jog/fast walk so raised heart rate sufficiently to put it down here. To College via Savino's - which is a pretty good start to the day!

Even though another very late finish (9.15), ran home n felt ok. An easy jog can cure all ills!?!

Decent paced run back to College from town. Felt ok though calves were tight today.

Another dodgy night's sleep... out early and ran easy off-road where possible - King's, river, meadows and back. Felt very leg sore and stiff.

Easy run to College. Tired but not too stiff or sore.

Evening run, plagued by green fly; King's, Lisle Lane, estates, river, King's. Felt tired and legs very sore - had to stop to stretch.

Awful night's sleep - was up working at 1am cos couldnt sleep. However, felt ok throughout the day and had a good run home - felt fine after 4 days' rest.

After the run did a plank, press-ups, sit-ups and back extensions just to try and get back into the habit. Ouch!
