Walky jog up and able to jog down... felt awful beforehand with v elevated HR. Eased during PR and able to jog home okay (down to 115 HR ave)

Harlow PR with Cocoa - started slowly due to HR and Cocoa trying to turn around. HR suddenly dropped close to 2km and got going after that. Pouring rain and a lovely jaunt. Stayed off the tarmac as much of possible.

Still not well and feeling rough and ragged . Eventful day and had good discussion with Peter about over-stretching self. No point being semi-retired and running self ragged in the process. So resolved to:

- enjoy the time with Sarah and doggies
- walk more, run less, no racing as such, fell runs as feel, O events in Lakes only
- teaching capped at 0.5 (with extras for Leics and GDST as required)
- relish MA in Songwriting
- get all my greyblues material written and rehearsed for performances in 20022/23
