Stinky warm afternoon and decided to push things a little further - a slow jog with some walky bits - even used the path through the woods (alongside NE road) which helped too. Nice to have got out.

A week off to try and sort injury - but it's lingering and pain/tightness still present at top of hamstring/buttock. Tried stretching and stuff and that seems to make it worse. A bit frustrating...

A joggy jog (so kinda slow so as not to aggravate hamstring), with a few sections of fast walking. Seemed to be okay. From Badminton Close into town and back via the Uni Library.

Awake early and worked before getting decent light to cycle using the Biz to Witchford via North End and then R11... great on the dirt and fun anyway. Chilly (6C?) and pedalled fast to stay warm. Sun helped by the end. Cracking route and ride - better than the one to Impington.

Back using the same route and in spite of less clothing and nice warmth was slightly slower! Breeze can be the only reason.

More of a jog than walk - certainly down to town (Cam) and then at a strong stroll (with soggy bits) back to where parked on some street beyond Oxford Rd. Also did quite a bit around city.

First proper ride on the Biz and great fun - North End, Burwell, Upware channel path to Wicken back on 51 into B'well and thence to Devil's Dyke and back on Heath Rd. Only downsides were nettles on channel path and thorns on the DD. Much preferable than road cycling... think I'm gonna enjoy MTBing.

After good day working at home, got out for this joggy walk to Londis then to Halfords (to get my new toy!) and finally Tesco and back. Hammy tight but managed this okay.

Physio - which confirmed the issues in the hamstring (and further tightness in calf). Will be able to cross-train (so long as pain absent) - elliptical, cycle and swim, plus walking. Review in 2 weeks and hopefully get to Shropshire?
