First proper Lakeland jaunt - from Chesters up Loughrigg, down to High Close then to Silver How and down to Grasmere to watch the Trails 55K come through. Very warm and humid. Hard work!
Woke at 2am so got up and on th road by 3.45. Reached Impington by 8.40 with a couple of stops... felt pretty rough for rest of day. Still very snotty and unwell.

Bizarre & wretched night's sleep - as soon as lay down had chronic acid attack which was only relieved an hour later by forcing self to be sick. Woke at 4.30sh too. However, had a nice joggy walk with Dog who managed to get filthy in spite of it being dry!!
Thurs 13 to Sunday 16 June - more 'no training' though lots of sorting and work. Hopefully can resume normal service when relocated and back solely as CEO.
Crowded Saturday class - another enjoyable session, even with the pain when activating the glutes.

Back from yoga with Doglet - via New CT , Exning & Burwell and various water stops for dog. Very warm so took it easy enough... glutes sore from yoga too.
