3 x 10 mins (5 mins easy): 4.59k (difficult into wind on Heath Rd to Lacey's), 5.3K (better on Heath Rd return), 5.2K (Burwell to Prior via Reach). Felt pretty strong.

HIIT session at the gym - combining spinning, burpees and situps declining in number from 16 reps of each down to 1 (though I didn't get need that!). Very tough indeed.

Lovely cool down in the pool - body sore from session, but able to swim relaxed.

Lovely morning so got out for a steady ride, pushing pace when I felt like it. Included some grass sections in Cambridge. Route was - Lode, Stow, Fen D, river to Jesus Green and back via Newmarket Rd. Tough into the breeze on the way out.
