First session of the autumn - though weather was hardly autumnal: warm and dusty ground. It is good training for orienteering and certainly got me working hard and strengthening other muscles/tendons.

Stage 4 of Round Norfolk Relay. First two-thirds was mostly off-road on bumpy coastal paths with final third on road from Blakeney to Salthouse. Felt very tired by end. Reasonably pleased, it was unseasonably warm for a half-marathon and i was only 5 seconds slower than the captain's estimate time. Still - lots of training needed.
