Worked at mum and dad's ahead of meeting in London so managed to get out lunchtime. Did the old '3 mile' loop (4.45K!) and extra bit at start and afters. HR went sky high (180+!) too early (probably lack of warm up)... finally had to walk then settled for second half. In fact HX mile was okay (125-130). Lesson learnt.

After meeting in London, walked back from Harlow Town station to mum n dad's which was perfect - lovely chilled and still evening. Perfect for a quiet walk after the adrenaline and excitement of the Old Smoke.
