went over on my knee and was making my old injury so painful.

so so so annoyed, if i had finished we would have won SHIs. should have tried to walk the rest of the course.

pre breakfast too. didnt really know where i was going or where i was for quite a bit of it. got to rivelin and did 10m before turnning round as i had got to 10 minutes overall

training ride around dale dike res. was going nice and slowly after this mornings gym session but felt quite fresh.

slightly underestimated the hills, forgot what they where like in sheffield.

quite a nice route but might have been nicer in reverse as the road had such a nice finish on it on the way up, and got held up in traffic on the way down into sheffield.

went for a yodel sprint on the way back from ladybower, a yodel van went passed so i got into its slipstream and sprinted behind it for as long as i could.

ran out of gears on lodge lane though :(
