Awful sleep, found it really hard to get out of bed this morning. dragged myself off to spinning and there was so many sprints i found it harder than usual. got a bit light headed towarsd the end. :s

Hip ok, sometimes a bit achy but deffo getting better. :D

from walkley to the gym, then found out it was shut so back home again. had to walk the downhill on orders from't physio.
Hip ok - felt more achey than painful so :D

Lots of lunges/squats and single leg squats to strengthen the knees.

Hard work, hip loosened up after the warm up which was good.

Some stuff with a float but it hurt my hip so just breast stroke

Went to see nice mr dave sprot.

Basically...downhills have buggered my knees which is why they and my upper shins hurt.
And ITB is horrendously tight which results in hip issues.
Lots of massage which hurt alot :S

so: i can run but no downhills, and have exercises and stretches to do.
