Community circuit. Wrapped the Ace bandage a bit tighter this morning. Felt better for walking too. Near 70 and sunny. Didn't start my watch until the corner out by the road so did an extra out and back to measure distance/time, and added it in.
Killed a lanternfly at the end of the drive. Hope I don't see any more.
Waddle around the park and part of the neighborhood, about as uncomfortably fast as my leg would tolerate (the right upper inner thigh bruise is the worst; I think a handlebar/brake lever impaled me as I fell). I figure getting blood moving in my legs wouldn't hurt the healing process, and I hope to be able to walk the NEOC courses in a week with much less pain if any.
I located an old pair of Lycra "bike" tights/shorts that seem to be providing better compression than the Ace bandage I had been using, and they don't slip down. ;-)
Near 70 and sunny, low humidity after the cold front moved through yesterday (we had 2.25" of rain).

Lake Nockamixon trails, on the northern trails from Tower Rd, until the bike slid (going a bit too fast at the time) and threw me down to the ground on the left side. Front handlebars were twisted 180 deg. around, and seat is crooked, so we figure I jackknifed somehow and hit my leg on the seat as I fell.
My helmet saved me from a cracked head, probably; I have some scrapes and bruises that will hurt for a few days. Stopped biking and walked back in. Helmet is okay.
