Sprint (short) at COCC campus. Not clean on 1 or 3; took longer route than most to 7; fell on the way to 9...

The one I really messed up was the center of the butterfly loop (at least the first time I was supposed to be there!). Took too long to remember to relocate but eventually found it and proceeded to do the rest.

Day 2 of Western States Champs/PNWOF. Good run/walk (lots of hills!) except for next-to-the-last control that I overran and had to go back for.

Day 1 of Western States Champs/PNWOF. Got misdirected on control 6 and took awhile to recover; took a longer route (straight, rather than on trail) than most to control 8.

Visited Bonneville Dam Powerhouse & fish ladder--quite interesting visit. I'm sure we walked other places too, then drove to Cle Elum in the afternoon.

Waterfall trails in Columbia River Gorge, OR. Saw some really nice waterfalls (including Multnomah at almost 500 ft.). Not feeling too well following flight to Oregon on Wednesday.
