...walk/jog on the track. I thought of maybe doing a bit of walking then trying the elliptical, but the other joggers inspired me to try that, and it didn't feel too bad alternating 1/2 miles. It will be some time before I feel up to intervals again, but this is a start. (Added a new category for part walk, part jog.) Quarter mile cooldown.
