Sergey's current "advice" thread makes me laugh sometimes.

Body weight class (ie no other tools). She threw in some variations and slowed us down, so I think I'll be sore tomorrow.
Then intervals (indoor track, to be logged later), with a warm up on the treadmill that was aborted at 1/2 mile (instead of the intended mile) when I got a crick in my neck
Reading the Fox News scroll (only treadmill/TV combo available) until my neck hurt.
Running (track) intervals (indoors) 16:18 2.3 km (7:05 / km) shoes: Sauc.Shad.6000#7-2012H
4 x 345m hard, with 230m easy; goal ~2:00-2:02 for the hards
I hadn't run intervals in a few weeks because of all the O events, but figured with only a hike last weekend and who knows what this coming weekend, I'd throw in some intervals. Ran a bit faster than I usually do, and what's more, I surprised myself by running faster each time (rests got longer, but that's not what counts). Felt hard but doable. Cool.

On a couple of the fast laps, I had to dodge a "jogger" in the "running" lane; that is, he was going slower than me, but I'm sure in his mind he was running and was therefore justified to be in that lane. Of course, walkers regularly walk in the jogging lane especially if they're busy talking with their companion. (Three lanes to choose from, with labeled signs overhead.)
