Orienteering race 1:10:50 [4] 10.0 km (7:05 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

Really pleased with my run, was clean through the wood. Made one mistake on the long leg where I wasn't following a bearing. Should have gone round the heather as well.
Think I should have pushed harder on the moor, I didn't feel partically tired at the end.
Glad Lewis was the one to beat me though!

Running 10:00 [4] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

Legged it to the start after briskly leaving the Morning training with half an hour til my start.
Got there in time to do my laces =)

Orienteering race 40:30 [4] 6.0 km (6:45 / km)
shoes: Inov-8 X-Talon 212

Middle race at Beeley Woods. Had an alright run, overshot my attack point to no. 4 which let GG overtake me! Just felt a bit tired after that, there was quite a bit of climb. Area was really brambly and though there were a few bingoey controls.
10 PM

Running 25:00 [3] 2.0 km (12:30 / km)

Running (Drills) 20:00 [3] 1.0 km (20:00 / km)

Drills lead by Kelly Candy.
The ladder stuff was a challenge, but definately improved on the drills from when we did it at the October weekend.

Running 51:00 [4] 10.0 km (5:06 / km)
shoes: Nike air pegasus+ 25

Felt really stiff after athletics yesterday but still felt really strong all the way!!
Ran from Julie Brook's house with Dan Parker.
The route is completely flat for the first half, along the Set Valley Trail, to hayfield. Then along a road which has long steep climbs and then a long downhill section.
We powered up the hills and stretched out down the hills. Pretty sure I ran this about 20 mins faster than last time I ran it about a year ago.

Running 1:30:00 [4] 10.0 km (9:00 / km)
shoes: Asics 2140

Warm up for 15 mins.

Then 4 laps of donkey.

Then about 10x100m of drills and increasing sprints.

Then 6x1000m reps, 1x800m then 2x1000m.
Ran the first 200m and the last 200m fast. Average 4min/km.

Found it really tough as I haven't done Athletics since before Christmas.

Only half a lap warm down because we ran over!
