Orienteering race (Beige, i.e. Brownish) 46:40 [3] 3.0 km (15:33 / km) +100m 13:20 / km

2.3 miles with 202 m climb

Didn't want to go out but glad I did. Thank you to Kathy U for giving me her Beige map. With 218 starts, we ran out of certain courses. A very good day.

Running/Walking 30:00 [1] 1.5 mi (20:00 / mi)

Drove to the Finish and back to place the radio controls.
Walked to the Start and back to place the radio controls.
Jogged to the Finish and back to see if Anna C was hanging out there. (Mostly to get out of the hair of the crack epunch team on hand - thank you Mary and Tori.)
Back to the Start, to actually start my course.
Jogged from the Finish to Download, because, well, I finished, and I needed to Download.

Better effort. Must have been the swim cap. Little rattle in chest though. Total rest = 125

Tuesday Jan 20, 2015 #

Swimming (80 laps) 51:25 [1] 1.14 mi (45:06 / mi)

Effort nothing to write home about, but I did something, so I happy with that. Total rest = 119

Ended up coasting through the last seven days. So, a reset is in order. Day 1 of reset achieved. Will have to see what tomorrow brings. Not expecting much. I am feeling sluggish and unmotivated. I'll get through this eventually, hopefully.
