Fortified myself with 8 Fig Newtons, 4 Advil Liquid, and 3 inhaler puffs - and out the door I go. Have to be back in 30 minutes or so to put the dinner Roger prepared into the oven. Head downhill to Shirlington and then back home. Some walking sections listed separately below. After 3 minute oven break, I ran down to the high school track and ran laps in lane 6 - no stopping.
