Walking back out again. Quick trip back down the ridge and popped into Boo Boo Hut again, then back down to the car.

Plenty of deer sign on the river flats and smelt one but nothing seen.

Tramping 6:00:00 [3] +1250m

Walk in the Kokatahi up to Boo Boo Hut in 3.5 hours. Made good time and decided to head up to Pinnacle Biv and got there in another 2.5 hours with time stopped to glass for animals.

Beautiful wee spot. Everything frozen under a foot of snow.
