Absolutely shocking. No big mistakes, wasn't far off the pace up the hill, but then turned my ankle going along the top through the heather, so had a slow bit and never really got going again. Pretty tired.

Started steadily, found the beginning pretty tough going. Had to push it through the first long leg and round the far white area. Had a jelly baby on the steep ascent at the start of the second long leg, at the top of which the majority of the climb was done. Kept it careful, but found the places to push harder. Really enjoyed the race!

Bit of a disappointing race. Technically poor start, then just finding it tough going in the marshes and on the hills. No major issues, but just not running fast enough.

Didn't feel wonderfully smooth, pretty challenging area, and quite a few checks for dead ends/out of bounds. Fairly happy with my run, no major time losses, though small time losses throughout the course.

Sprint training round Lancaster uni. 4 courses aprox 1k each straight line, though obviously ran a bit further! Pretty tiring to be honest! But good training. Also good to be nice and quiet people-wise due to the holidays.
