Home early cos had a free last so went out for a run. Wasnt as far as i thought it was going to be, but seemed to be going reasonably.Feel really tired now though, early night i think.

SROC session at Lancaster uni, just on the fields around it. Warm up jog, then round a loop for a while. Then weaving through obstacles. Bit of 'Hare and hound' round an obstacle course so chasing each other down. Finally 7x50m sprints then ultimate frisbee
