Running race (Orienteering) 1:05:00 [4]
ahr:168 max:185

Oh dear, ran from 2-4 but didn't find out until I downloaded. This explains my 11 minutes lost on the way to 4 as I was navigating as if I had come from 3 having actually come from 2. The rest of the course was pretty rubbish, big mistakes at 10 and 16. Couldn't read the map at all today.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Note
(sick)

Feeling unwell later in the evening.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Running race (Orienteering) 21:11 [5]
ahr:180 max:194

JK Sprint Race, W21. No big mistakes, lost maybe a minute missing the optimum route choices on 3 legs. Should have ran harder in the middle section as I was being too cautious when it was easy.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Running intervals 20:00 [5]
ahr:168 max:187

Went down to the Nairn grass track with Hector this morning for some speed reps. Session was: 8 x 300m every 2:30 minutes. Times were: 61, 61, 60, 59, 61, 62, 60, 59. Awful conditions, and feeling slow but glad to get it done.
