Bits of the John Muir Way and 3 Lochs route between Balloch and Helensburgh. Lovely social outing and the weather played well too. There were also lunch stops.

Iain D's Maprun course round Milngavie. Good course that required more thought and concentration than I gave it. Good fun and a hard run.

Lovely outing on Loch Ordie for SOL3 (Short Brown). Really a clean run on a lovely area. Quite a lot of to and fro with Fraser P who started 4 minutes ahead but had more fun than intended at #1. 2:18 behind Jase.
