356 anti-clockwise with Steve and Ty on a warm, sunny evening. Dry conditions would have made for fast running if we'd been up for it.

Quick outing on a warm afternoon before a dinnertime visitor. Mains, Carneddans, Reservoirs and Dougalston.

Orienteering 1:11:22 [3] 7.1 km (10:03 / km) +200m 8:49 / km

Blue course on Craig Mhic. Nominal 6km, 300m. Serious orienteering on a serious area with a serious mistake. Pretty spectacular error at 5 involved 5 minutes lost and relocation off 2. Good to get some more serious orienteering in. Really tough in quite a lot of places, with occasional bits that reminded me of being a young teenager lost in over head-high bracken. Tweaked R ankle and had a L knee moment late on (tired!). This was an Ecko local event after some SWAT morning training. The locals must be tough. Good day and a great area.
