Lovely afternoon, if slightly breezy. Out WHW to Glengoyne, up to pipe track and back through the 1000 gates to Strathblane. Boards, Khyber Field and home. Thought this was quite a good outing until I saw what Iain and Ty were up to!

Torrance, Baldernock, Mugdock village and home.

Too good a day not to go out. WHW to across the Carbeth Rd. Loop back to the Carbeth Rd and up the hairpins, Rosies Rd, Boards and back through the Khyber Field. Recreational pace.

Set off to get a Turf medal and only just succeeded. Then gentler wander around Mugdock and back through the golf course and round Mains Estate.
Physio did more poking - recovery going OK. More exercises and increase running gradually....

Sunday Mar 14, 2021 #

Milngavie Long Maprun course. Actual "race" time 30:36, including a short pause to explain Maprun GPS orienteering to an interested spectator. Good fun and more thinking that I am used to when running

Mountain Biking 35:00 [3] 10.0 km (3:30 / km)

There (via some turfs) and back again (including chatting to Ian until the rain became too heavy.
