Trail run 43:00 [3] 7.7 km (5:35 / km) +150m 5:05 / km
(injured)

Drove up to Windyhill and did the full 18 holes on a frozen, sunny golf course. Still not convinced whether this is a good or a bad thing for my knee.

Hill walk 1:40:00 [3] 7.3 km (13:42 / km) +100m 12:49 / km
(injured)

Really lovely walk with Ty in Craigmaddie Wood and surrounding terrain. Loch Ardinning was much busier than I've ever seen it. Lovely sunny, frozen day.

Mountain Biking 55:00 [3] 13.2 km (4:10 / km) +130m 3:58 / km
(injured)

To the start of the walk and back again. Involved walking on an ice covered road for the last 200m.

Mountain Biking 48:00 [3] 11.9 km (4:02 / km) +150m 3:48 / km
(injured)

Round Mains and back in the cold, dark evening. Pretty frozen so no too muddy.

Wednesday Dec 30, 2020 #

Mountain Biking 1:23:00 [3] 19.5 km (4:15 / km) +150m 4:06 / km
(injured)

Gentle pootle round Dougalston and the lower end of Mugdock. Ground well frozen, sunny day and lots of people walking.

Road Running 23:00 [3] 2.7 km (8:31 / km)
(injured)

Local outing with the teenager

Trail run 30:00 [3] 5.2 km (5:46 / km) +95m 5:17 / km
(injured)

Loops on Windyhill Golf Course. Good knee tester in gentle non-flat terrain. Felt like close to the sensible limit for the moment.

Monday Dec 28, 2020 #

Mountain Biking 1:50:00 [3] 27.5 km (4:00 / km) +350m 3:46 / km
(injured)

Sunday Dec 27, 2020 #

Mountain Biking 1:36:00 [3] 24.1 km (3:59 / km) +250m 3:47 / km
(injured)

WHW, Rosies Rd (including 0km/h pratfall) back through Mugdock with some extra wibbles. Some sheet ice in places made cycling a higher peril activity than hoped for.
