Hill run 1:12:00 [3] 12.2 km (5:54 / km) +300m 5:15 / km

Long, gentle hill run on a glorious, sunny, cool, windy day. Vegetation still not started and ground pretty dry. A bit like a busy Bank Holiday Monday, more people than I've ever seen out on the hill, but still not exactly hard to keep a distance. Short chat with Marco C near the end (he was going much further than me).
Route: 356, cairn by loch with no name, Dunellen, Jaw Reservoir causeway and back by shortest route.

Mountain Biking 1:02:00 [3] 19.7 km (3:09 / km) +220m 2:59 / km

Out past reservoirs, Khyber Field and a different loop of Craigallean. A few folk out, almost none with feet on the ground, mainly cyclists and horseriders.

Circuit training 25:00 [3]

"Abdominal Etcher & Butt Enhancer" apparently.

Hill run 34:00 [3] 6.1 km (5:34 / km) +130m 5:02 / km

Out and round Mains Plantation in new shoes. Shoes fine, legs a bit wobbly after the S&C session.

Mountain Biking 55:00 [3] 18.5 km (2:58 / km) +230m 2:48 / km

More tarmac than most MTB rides. Reservoirs to hairpin, Khyber Field (including a bizarre padlocked gate between Mugdock Castle and Khyber Field) and a loop of Craigallean forest. Pretty quiet and a lovely evening.

Hill run 1:00:00 [3] 10.6 km (5:40 / km) +180m 5:13 / km

Another Strava "art" project on Windyhill. A not entirely unsuccessful tulip. Lovely day.

With the teenager and a bendy American woman on video.

Cycling 1:12:00 [3] 25.0 km (2:53 / km) +350m 2:41 / km

Wee diversion to check out the bunker in the woods. Lovely cool, sunny afternoon. The Lockdown diet is clearly having some effect. My radar cross-section is now large enough to set off the speed trap on the way into Milngavie.
