Glasgow Parks 1/3. Freezing fog made Glasgow Green more interesting than usual. Only mistake was starting to go from 1 to 7 before correcting myself. about 20 seconds lost at most.

Glasgow Parks 2/3. Queens Park. Pretty clean run.

Orienteering 22:27 [3] 5.0 km (4:29 / km) +60m 4:14 / km

Glasgow Parks 3/3. Pollock Park. Still very cold. 6 second lead on the chasing start so saw a lot of Ian M. Various wombles as expected in Pollock, especially at 5 where I was a long way off. Eventually sneaked away for a 1 minute win, despite tweaking R ankle at the last control.
