"Gentler" run round Loch Ardinning and the Auld Wives Lifts. Gentleness slightly spoiled by trying to keep up with Mirjam who was having an easy run with us :-)

My choice of workout for the juniors, so off to Dawsholm and 3 sets of 6 steep wee hills. Used 3 different hills for entertainment, and to have a rest between the hills.
