Gentle trot round the reservoirs at Mugdock with the younger teenager.

Mountain Biking 1:27:00 [3] 21.7 km (4:01 / km) +230m 3:48 / km

Home to Mugdock and Craigallean forest. Even tried some proper (but easy) MTB trails. I'm not very good at them!

The Slacks in the mist and rain with the Wilson element of the Clyde crew. Included a small, Alice sponsored, cow avoidance detour :-)

Mugdock trot with the younger teenager.

WHW, reservoirs and Dougalston. Wet and muddy.

Cycling 2:10:00 [3] 51.3 km (2:32 / km) +700m 2:22 / km

Aberfoyle, Duke's Pass, Loch Katrine, Kinlochard loop. Wanted to try this for a while. A bit of a climb to start, then very pleasant and quiet. Only downside was some of the road at Loch Chon and Loch Ard was pretty rough. Cool and a bit windy. Put a smile on my face.

Doughnot Hill and back above Lang Craigs on a wet afternoon. In could for most f the high stuff. Only met one walker.
